LITTLE MUNDEN YOUTH PROJECT (LMYP)
Youth Club & Skate Ramp

Many thanks to all of you who came to the last meeting on 22nd November 2011. 

We have now formed a Youth Project Committee. 
Sarah Andrews is Vice Chairperson, 
Warren Sullivan is Secretary (supported by Sarah Andrews) and 
Sandra Davis is our Treasurer, with myself as Chair. 

Youth Club:
The Youth Club will be for all 8 – 16 years olds living in and around Little Munden. It is our intention that the club will run one or two nights per week. There will be separate sessions for different age groups. A free membership scheme will be available for all those interested in using the youth club. 

Skate Ramp:
This will require a lot of funding and we are relying on ideas from our community to help with this. If we can raise half the money we are hopeful that funding from grants, lottery funding and other sources will cover the rest.

If you or someone you know is aged 8 – 16, please join us for some light refreshments at the 
next meeting on Tuesday 13th December at 7.30pm at the Memorial Hall. 
This meeting is to encourage the younger members of the community, who will be using the new facilities, to get involved in the project and help us with ideas for fundraising. We really welcome your input! Follow our progress on our new Facebook page!
The quicker we raise the money the sooner the younger members of our community will benefit from these new and exciting facilities.
