Enquiry from Gill Horn

Hello, I would be very grateful if anyone can tell me if the servants records for Green End House are available please. My Grandmother Mary Ann Hardy is listed as a 17 year old kitchen maid at 88 Green End Little Munden in the 1891 census. The next census has her married? and the mother of two living in Derby. I can’t find where she met &/or married my Grandfather Arthur Francis.. I am presuming that he must have been somewhere near Little Munden as domestic staff didn’t have a great deal of time off. If there are records it may list Arthur Francis as well ( in 1891 he was in Somerby in Lincolnshire. It is the time between the census’s that is the mystery?
Any help would be appreciated.
