Little Munden Football team circa 1957

This picture of Little Munden Football team was taken around 1957 at Spurs training ground when they played against Cheshunt St Mary's in a cup game. Little Munden lost we think the score was 4 - 2

The usual goal keeper was Archie Livings but he was injured, Jeff Plumb was put in goal but didn't have the goalkeepers kit. Ken Woolford was wearing a new jumper that his wife Dot had just finished knitting for him and he offered it to Jeff to wear to play in. At the end of the game it was covered in mud and Ken's wife was not impressed.
