Usually meets on the second Monday in the month at 7.45 pm. Details of venue to be advertised in the newsletter (which is viewable on the website)

New members and visitors welcome. Visitors
- £3 each visit for a maximum of 3 visits.
If you have spare plants which you want to sell, please bring them along or bring details of them to the meeting.
We
are also investigating buying seeds, seed potatoes, compost etc at a discount. If
you would like to take advantage of this, please spend an enjoyable evening leafing through your catalogues so that you can bring your seed
requirements to the next meeting.

14th September 2009 Due to a bereavement our speaker was unable to attend so instead we discussed recent successes and failures in our gardens.

13th July 2009 A visit to the gardens of Great Munden House by kind invitation of Mrs. Wentworth-Stanley. Tea and biscuits were served.
15th June 2009 A visit to the gardens of The White House, Dane End by kind invitation of Mrs. Sally Pool.
11th May A speaker from Top Pots talked about "Hanging baskets" accompanied by a sale of relevant plants.
6th April 2009 Andrew Stewart, Senior Horticulturist at a major garden centre talked about shrubs for the small garden and brought samples for us to take cuttings, if we wished.

Christmas Wreaths, Swags and Hanging Baskets.
NB We also had Christmas time nibbles and a glass of wine!

Gardening Club met on Monday 8th
September at Hopley's Garden Centre Much Hadam to look round (maybe buy
plants) and have a Glass of wine. £1.50 for members and £2.50 for non-members.
Prior to this there were visits to members' gardens and also instruction on the making of Hanging Baskets.
