The Church of England parishes of The Mundens with Sacombe lie in rural Hertfordshire
about 6 miles north west of the county town of Hertford. They serve the villages and hamlets of Dane End, Little Munden, Green End, Haultwick, Great Munden, Nasty,
Sacombe and Sacombe Green.
There are three churches within the parishes. All Saints Little Munden and St Catherine's Sacombe are in regular use, while St Nicholas, Great Munden is now redundant, and privately owned, but occasional services are held there.
The churches have a long history of evangelical life and witness, which finds expression today in two lively worshipping communities whose faith is rooted in the biblical witness to Jesus Christ and who seek to share this faith both through words and service within the community.
Sunday Services are a mixture of formal services, using both the Book
of Common Prayer (1662) and Common Worship Services (2000) and more
informal services of which our most regular is the monthly Family
Worship. Members of our congregations also meet together fortnightly in
study groups for fellowship, teaching and prayer. Baptisms, Weddings and
Funerals are by arrangement with the Priest-in-Charge
